- Add JUPYTERHUB_LOGO_FILE config for custom logo (served at /hub/logo)
- Fix CustomAuthorizationAreaHandler with @needs_scope decorator
- Import orm inside get() method to fix NameError
- Simplify page.html logo block (always use base_url/logo)
