- Find user rows via tr.user-row selector
- Get username from span[data-testid="user-name-div-{username}"]
- Find Edit User button by text content (no title attribute)
- Insert volume button before Edit User button
- Copies exact classes from Edit User button (btn btn-light btn-xs)
